In society, well-rounded, knowledgeable, and experienced leaders who have deeply mastered the foundations of science and possess strong beliefs in justice and humanism can embody high moral qualities. These qualities, when combined, lead to the formation, strengthening, and development of society's worldview, beliefs, and the national consciousness of the people. Among the requirements for today's leaders, several objectives are being set not only for professional competence but also for verbal communication, speech culture, and achieving effectiveness in their professional activities. The article provides a detailed examination of important issues related to developing speech skills and professional effectiveness of managerial personnel working in public administration.
