This article is dedicated to analyzing the stylistic and semantic role and significance of archaisms used in P. Qodirov's work "The Pass of Generations." Archaisms are employed to realistically portray the reality of the period depicted in the literary text and to maintain the historical spirit of the work. This article explores the stylistic possibilities of archaisms in a literary work on a broader scale.
