This article analyzes the pedagogical mechanisms for enhancing the character-building activities for students through digital technologies. It highlights the issues of effectively organizing character-building work in the context of the digitalization of the educational process, supporting the spiritual and moral development of students, and increasing their social engagement. The study examines the role of digital platforms, interactive educational tools, electronic monitoring systems, and online communication opportunities within the character-building process. Furthermore, it substantiates innovative approaches to managing these activities and outlines mechanisms that serve to increase pedagogical effectiveness. The research findings will aid in organizing character-building work in higher education institutions in accordance with modern requirements.
