Motivation is one of the most important factors in successful language learning. Among various teaching strategies, feedback plays a significant role in encouraging learners and improving their performance. This article examines how effective feedback influences language learners’ motivation and participation in the classroom. Using qualitative analysis of previous studies and classroom practices, the article discusses the characteristics of constructive feedback and its impact on learners’ confidence, engagement, and language development. The findings suggest that supportive and timely feedback helps learners reduce anxiety, recognize their progress, and become more active in communication. The article concludes that effective feedback is essential for creating a positive and motivating language learning environment.
