This article provides a theoretical analysis of the conceptual foundations of innovative management of preschool educational organizations and the principles of social partnership under the conditions of dual education. During the research, the theoretical and methodological bases of innovative management models in the preschool education system were studied, the possibilities of adapting the dual education system to the preschool education sector were identified, and the role of social partnership principles in this process was substantiated. As a result of theoretical analysis, five key conceptual principles of innovative management of preschool educational organizations were formulated: systematicity, integrativity, social partnership, innovative openness, and quality orientation. The specific aspects of applying dual education mechanisms to preschool education were elucidated, and the institutional, functional, and strategic levels of social partnership were classified. The scientific significance of the research lies in revealing the theoretical relationship between the dual approach and social partnership in preschool education management at a conceptual level.
