The atmosphere of global digitalization and the transformation of the labor market, there is the mass diversification of employment patterns: growth of self-employment, individual entrepreneurship, and service sector. Using the example of Uzbekistan, where the statistics show that the number of non-standard jobs has been increasing significantly (22.7% of the working population at the agricultural sector, an increase in the number of people in services to 22.4%), the article examines the relationship between changes in the structure of the working population and the increase in flexible and remote employment. Diversification of employment is proven to offer an objective environment of distribution of the hybrid work models and to make the human resource management system adaptable. The article relies on official figures on the employment across Uzbekistan (2021-2024) and other pertinent studies in the field.
