This article examines the transformation of prosecutorial supervision in the context of the digitalization of the drug market. The analysis of the current state of supervisory activities highlights the growing latency of crimes and the shift to contactless forms of distribution. Special attention is paid to the implementation of artificial intelligence, Big Data, and machine learning technologies for detecting prohibited content and forecasting crime. The paper reviews examples of the implementation of the "Oculus" and "NarkoUZ" systems, as well as foreign experience (PredPol, SkyNet). It also identifies key challenges in technology integration, including information security threats and ethical limitations. In conclusion, the article offers recommendations for improving legislation and automating supervisory processes to enhance the effectiveness of combating the drug threat.
