The article analyzes organizational and legal problems related to the implementation of spiritual and educational work in internal affairs bodies. The study highlights the role of this process in shaping employees’ professional competence, moral values, and legal awareness. Particular attention is paid to shortcomings in the legal framework, weaknesses in monitoring systems, and the absence of clear criteria for evaluating spiritual and educational activities. Addressing these issues can enhance the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work within internal affairs bodies.
