This article analyzes the main pedagogical problems arising in the teaching of clinical disciplines under the conditions of digitalization of medical education. The widespread introduction of digital technologies, simulation tools, and electronic learning platforms has significantly transformed the content, forms, and methods of teaching clinical subjects. The study highlights the limitations of traditional teaching approaches in developing students’ clinical thinking, practical skills, and independent clinical decision-making abilities. Particular attention is paid to pedagogical interaction between teachers and students, assessment systems, and the integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical practice in a digital learning environment. The findings substantiate the necessity of implementing innovative pedagogical approaches, multimedia electronic tools, and simulation-based technologies to improve the effectiveness and quality of clinical education.
