This article is dedicated to analyzing the role and importance of judicial bodies in the intellectual property rights protection system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study elucidates the legal essence of intellectual property rights and examines the regulatory, institutional, and law enforcement powers of judicial bodies from scientific, theoretical, and practical perspectives. Furthermore, it identifies issues encountered in law enforcement practice and develops scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations aimed at addressing these problems. The article explores mechanisms for safeguarding intellectual property rights based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, international legal norms, and law enforcement practices. The research findings will contribute to improving the activities of judicial bodies and enhancing the effective protection of intellectual property rights.
