In this study, “Mechanisms of the Participation of the Oliy Majlis in the Implementation of the Foreign Policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the legal, institutional, and organizational foundations of the parliament’s involvement in shaping and implementing the country’s foreign policy are examined. It has been established that the Oliy Majlis influences foreign policy through the ratification of international treaties, parliamentary oversight, the activities of committees on international affairs, as well as through the development of parliamentary diplomacy and interparliamentary relations. It has been revealed that existing procedural regulations require further improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the parliament’s participation.
