The article examines the evolution of philosophical conceptions of justice from ancient traditions to modern concepts that emphasize societal inclusiveness. It analyzes the ideas of Plato and Aristotle, the medieval interpretations of Augustine and Thomas Aquinas, the philosophy of the Modern Era and the Enlightenment, as well as contemporary approaches by John Rawls, Amartya Sen, and Martha Nussbaum. Special attention is given to the connection between justice and human rights, equal opportunities, and the recognition of diversity. The article demonstrates that an inclusive society represents a practical realization of the philosophical idea of justice, ensuring equal participation of all members of society.
