The article proposes complex mathematical models for probabilistic assessment of learning process indicators, the distinguishing feature of which is the use of the following learning process indicators: the probability of achieving a given level of mastery, the average number of steps to achieve a given level of mastery, the probability of reaching a given level of mastery in a given number of steps. The models allow planning and organizing the learning process, including assessing the quality of learning content, to assess the dependence of the values of learning process indicators on its parameters.
