This article highlights the work being carried out in our republic to develop physical education. The methods of teaching physical education are diverse, and their effectiveness depends on the age of students, their physical fitness, and the learning objectives. The article examines pedagogical teaching methods for achieving the goals set by the teacher, as well as the classification of pedagogical methods according to various criteria. Using modern research methods, the study investigates ways to increase students' physical activity, promote a healthy lifestyle, and support their personal development.
