The article, based on information on the concept, types, and characteristics of juvenile delinquency, provides detailed information on the organization and implementation of juvenile delinquency prevention by representatives of internal affairs agencies' sectoral services, as well as on the main directions and aspects of achieving effectiveness in carrying out this activity, based on the analysis of the current situation in the practical process. Proposals and recommendations developed by the author based on this information are also presented.
