This article addresses the improvement of organizational and legal foundations for cooperation between internal affairs bodies and civil society institutions. It analyzes the current state of cooperation between internal affairs bodies and civil society, the existing regulatory framework, and practical challenges in this field. Additionally, proposals have been developed to enhance the effectiveness of cooperation by optimizing organizational mechanisms, strengthening the legal basis, and increasing citizen participation. The aim is to identify ways to implement organizational and legal measures that ensure transparency and effectiveness in the relationship between internal affairs bodies and civil society.
