This article analyzes literature, document and material collections, archival documents, periodicals, memoirs, recollections, and commemorative materials related to Soviet election campaigns in Uzbekistan from 1918 to 1937. The issues of source studies concerning the history of the Soviet electoral system, their characteristics and essence, as well as the diversity of documents and sources on this topic require special examination.
