This article analyzes the main factors influencing the process of cooperation between internal affairs bodies and civil society institutions. The study examines important aspects such as the legislative framework, institutional mechanisms, social trust, and information exchange in enhancing the effectiveness of relations between state and public structures. Additionally, the contribution of this cooperation to ensuring security and order in society is evaluated. The research provides practical examples and proposes solutions to existing problems.
