This scientific article elucidates the organizational and legal foundations for establishing interagency and international cooperation in applying operational-investigative and forensic methods to combat crimes in the customs sphere. Additionally, it presents scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations for enhancing interdepartmental and international cooperation in the application of operational-investigative and forensic methods in the fight against customs-related crimes.
