This scientific article addresses the issues of improving the legal framework for operational-search and forensic methods in detecting customs-related crimes in the Republic of Uzbekistan today. Specifically, it presents the views of scholars who have examined the regulatory legal acts governing the practice of uncovering customs-related crimes, as well as the types of regulatory legal acts and proposals for their enhancement.
