This scientific article examines the specifics of organizing operational and investigative measures, as well as the principles and conditions for their implementation. The study analyzes research findings and opinions of Uzbek and foreign scholars on this topic, including their scientific approaches. Additionally, the article presents evidence-based proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the operational and investigative measures conducted when solving crimes in the customs sphere.
