This article explores the procedural aspects of initiating cases on moral damage compensation in court. The author analyzes the concept and legal nature of claims, as well as different interpretations of the term. Special attention is given to the types of claims related to moral damage compensation and their significance in judicial practice. The paper also discusses the requirements for claim applications, the amount of state duty, and other procedural aspects. The author highlights common issues in judicial practice and suggests solutions for their resolution.
