This scientific article examines issues of jurisdiction and competence in the judicial collection of compensation for moral damage. The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan has introduced new legal norms governing the compensation for moral damage, and the article analyzes their application, as well as the challenges arising in judicial practice. Additionally, the study explores jurisdictional and procedural aspects of moral damage claims and provides scientifically grounded recommendations for improving this legal field.
