Annotatsiya

This article examines the role and significance of evidence and proof in cases of moral damage compensation. The author analyzes the subject of proof, the burden of proof for the parties in court proceedings, and the types of evidence that substantiate claims for moral damage compensation. Special attention is given to the criteria for determining compensation for moral damage under Uzbek legislation, challenges in judicial practice, and possible solutions. The article also explores the judicial experience of various countries and provides recommendations for improving Uzbek legislation.
