The article explores the theoretical foundations of methodology for developing speech competencies in future teachers through variable modeling. It examines modern pedagogical approaches, including competency-based, individualized, and communicative approaches, as well as their integration with digital technologies. The article substantiates the importance of variable modeling as a tool that allows adapting the educational process to students' individual needs and professional goals. The aim of the research is to determine the theoretical foundations and key principles of variable modeling for the formation of speech competencies. The research methods include analysis of scientific literature, comparative study of foreign practices, and synthesis of experience in implementing innovative methods in the education system of Uzbekistan. The research results demonstrate that variable modeling, based on the integration of digital tools and individual educational trajectories, contributes to the development of communicative, linguistic, and cultural skills. The use of interactive technologies such as Moodle, Kahoot, and Quizlet enhances students' motivation and engagement, which is particularly crucial for training language teachers in the context of educational digitalization. The conclusions of the article emphasize the necessity of combining traditional approaches with innovative methodologies to ensure a comprehensive and flexible learning process. The recommendations include incorporating variable modeling into educational programs and developing strategies for its adaptation to the national characteristics of the education system as well.
