The study developed an innovative methodology and educationalmethodological complex for forming communicative competence of pre-service teachers. The complex integrates digital platforms, simulation trainers, virtual classroom environments, and gamification elements. Designed on blended learning and flipped classroom principles, it was tested in higher education institutions of Uzbekistan.
