This article focuses on the legal foundations of acquiring citizenship, as well as the rights of refugees and stateless persons. It thoroughly explores the primary methods of obtaining citizenship, such as birth, naturalization, marriage, and other available avenues. The legal status of refugees and their rights, protected under international law, are also analyzed. Additionally, the rights and obligations of stateless persons are examined in the context of international legal frameworks and national legislation. The conclusion highlights the importance of a humanitarian approach and international cooperation in addressing citizenship issues.
