The article is devoted to the study of the mechanisms of penetration of norms of Anglo-Saxon law into national legal systems in the context of globalization. In the context of legal convergence, the processes of convergence and mutual influence of various legal systems are considered, which leads to the formation of common features and integration of legal structures. The author emphasizes the natural nature of these processes, as well as their significance for modern legal regulation. The article discusses the concept of convergence, its historical and modern aspects, as well as the influence of this phenomenon on lawmaking and law enforcement in various regions of the world.
