Nursing is an important part of the healthcare workforce. The effective development of the health care system depends largely on the level of professional training of nurses as the largest component of medical personnel. One of the concepts that make up the basic system of training nurses in continuous professional education is "professional competence" and "professional mobility of nurses". This article highlights the professional training of nurses, the need to develop creative abilities and professional competence in modern conditions.
