Today, the continuous evolution of techniques and technology and the speedy updates of knowledge necessitate that Master's students possess the capacity to adjust to modern conditions and pursue novel knowledge. The article discloses the components, essence, and content of the notion of organizational-management competence while emphasizing the techniques by which these can be fostered in Master's students. The cognitive, functional, professional-personal, motivational, communicative, and information-communicative components of organizational management competence among master's students were analyzed.
