The article comments on the archaeobotanical research conducted in the Tashbulаk archaeological monument located in the mountainous regions of the Jizzakh region. Tashbulаk emerged in the nomadic mountainous region of the Karakhanid state and was one of the centers where its own urban traditions were formed. Laboratory analyses of plant remains found during the excavations provided essential results regarding the plants used in the daily life of the inhabitants of this town.
