In this article, the study of the concept of ideology and its essence by local scientists, the fact that ideological factors are a system of ideas related to social-economic, political-cultural processes of the society has become significant. The theoretical aspects related to the national ideology finding its essence in the society and state where the activities of civil society institutions have entered into free development are also shown.
