This article discusses the concept of "legal infrastructure" and the issues of its improvement, the infrastructure of legal activity. In particular, the author considers legal culture and all its components (legal awareness, legal knowledge, etc.); legal field and legal environment; the functioning of state institutions (parliament, government, judicial and other law enforcement agencies) that ensure the functioning of laws; the functioning of social norms, institutions of civil society, etc.
