This article examines and analyzes the theoretical foundations of parliamentary control, in particular the concept of parliamentary control, its legal analysis and today's importance, specific aspects of parliamentary control in foreign countries, and the experience of developed countries in terms of parliamentary control. As noted in the article, parliamentary control is important in improving legislation, ensuring human rights and legal interests, and achieving the effectiveness of the separation of powers system. Laws are adopted in order to regulate certain social relations in society. The best way to get acquainted with the state of implementation of the law is control. The main purpose of such control of the Parliament is not to punish those who do not implement the law or those who hinder its implementation (this task is performed by other control bodies), but it is considered to eliminate the shortcomings of the law enforcement mechanism and to improve this mechanism.
