This article analyzes the environmental impact of the global construction industry. The author has researched the seriousness of ecological problems and the fact that it takes many years to restore the environment, and ways to prevent them, including the introduction of standards that ensure ecological rights to construction. Also, the national legislation on the procedure for conducting an environmental examination, the legal consequences of the examination, and public hearings in the approval of construction projects when allocating land for any construction were studied, and opinions on the improvement of this area were put forward.
