The article deals with the features of managing the socialization of students in higher education organizations. In particular, it is believed that the socialization of students in higher education institutions is achieved as a result of the systematic influence of the leadership of the educational organization and the teaching staff. Attention is also paid to improving the form of socialization of students in higher educational institutions, which exists spontaneously but has not turned into a target pedagogical system, enriching it with target programs, pedagogical forms, means, and methods.
