This article reveals the actions of law and issues of its provision. The relationship between legal action and legality is also considered, which at first glance seems obvious in order for the right to act (i.e. have a significant regulatory impact on social relations), it must be legal, comply with the requirements of the Constitution and laws. The absoluteness of legality is important to ensure law enforcement, from which the rule of law, its inviolability follows.
