The article examines the scientific and methodological foundations for improving professional development for coaches, referees and physical education specialists in bel olish wrestling. Drawing on the six chapters of the Bel olish kurashi teaching manual, six interrelated content modules are organized: historical and theoretical foundations; competition rules and legal requirements; technical and tactical training; long-term athlete development; medical and pedagogical monitoring; and refereeing and coaching practice. The analysis links wrestling forms, scoring criteria, preparation stages and professional competences. A modular structure for in-service training courses is proposed, together with approaches to assessing learning outcomes.
