This article presents a scientific analysis of the philosophical contradictions of education modernization under conditions of globalization and competition. The study reveals the dialectical tension between universal standardization and national-cultural identity, between market competition and the humanistic mission of education, between supranational integration and state sovereignty over education policy, and between digital transformation and educational inequality. Based on the analysis of national and foreign scientific sources, the socio-philosophical nature of these contradictions is substantiated, and directions for their theoretical reconciliation are identified
