This article analyses the prevention of youth crime in a digital society from an axiological perspective. Preventive activity is interpreted not merely as a system of legal prohibitions, surveillance and fear of punishment, but as a meaning-generating educational process directed at the value structure of the personality. The study substantiates the shift from traditional institutions of value transmission to algorithmic and network agents, the normative uncertainty produced by value pluralism, and the impact of anomie on youth deviance.
