Annotatsiya

Introduction. The importance of psychological preparation in the development of professional competence of teachers is undeniable. However, the content and structure of the psychological component in the training of future teachers has long been a controversial issue [1, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18]. The answer to this question implies the essence of pedagogical activity and its relevance to the goals of education at each stage of the development of society. The main limitation of the modern educational process is its inconsistency with the characteristics of modern culture, which is characterized by a clear axiological nature, a dominant tendency to integrate various scientific knowledge and the recognition of the priority of dialogism. The educational process ceases to be isolated from the cultural context and becomes a cultural-educational situation. The problem of managing the process of maturation ceases to be a task for representatives of the teaching profession and acquires a universal nature. The principle of system formation of the cultural-educational situation is the transition of value-goal instructions from usefulness and practicality to dignity and responsibility.
