Annotatsiya

This article examines the content, pedagogical potential, and methodological foundations of innovative teaching methods aimed at improving the quality of education in the teaching of information and communication technology (ICT) in general secondary schools. It analyzes the use of problem-based learning, the project method, gamification, blended and distance learning technologies, as well as interactive digital tools. The article substantiates that the effectiveness of innovative methods is determined not by their novelty, but by the extent to which they align with the objectives of the lesson—namely, the development of knowledge, skills, or competencies. It also presents a step-by-step methodology for selecting and implementing these methods and identifies the pedagogical conditions that contribute to improving the quality of education.
