Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the impact of the organization of waste processing processesat industrial enterprises based on the principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) onsustainable development. Due to the growth of global production volumes, the amount of waste isincreasing sharply. Therefore, ensuring environmental safety, rational use of resources, andsupporting the sustainable development of territories are becoming important. The articleexplores the approaches of the circular economy to the processing of industrial waste, theintroduction of green technologies, the mechanisms for evaluating the activities of enterprisesbased on ESG standards, as well as international experience. The economic and social effects oftransforming waste into energy sources and secondary raw materials are also highlighted. Theresults of the study show that improving the waste management system at industrial enterprisescontributes to achieving the goals of sustainable development as an important driver for theapplication of ESG principles.
