In the current era of climate change and global environmental challenges, theintegration of sustainability principles into the latest industrial revolution, Industry 5.0, isbecoming increasingly important. This industrial revolution requires a shift from an industrialapproach focused on efficiency and automation to a paradigm that prioritizes collaborationbetween humans and machines, innovation, and harmony with the environment. This articleexplores the dynamic intersection between Industry 5.0 and sustainability, and explores how thisdevelopment is aimed at combining human creativity and experience with advanced technologicalcapabilities. Industry 5.0 is a new paradigm of technological progress and industrial production,which aims to combine the main principles of Industry 4.0 - robotization, the Internet of Things(IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI) - with human and social values. The purpose of this article isto analyze the essence of “industry 5.0”, its differences from “industry 4.0”, its economic, socialand environmental advantages, as well as the main problems in its implementation and futureprospects.
