This article is devoted to the problems of sustainable development of industrialenterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The aim is to study the theoretical foundations ofsustainable development, analyze foreign and local experiences, as well as identify factorsensuring the sustainability of industrial enterprises. The research is based on a three-pillar modelof sustainable development (economic, environmental, social). The article covers the reforms onsustainable industrialization being implemented in Uzbekistan, including the transition to a "Green" economy, the development of energy efficiency. The role of digital transformation,"green" technologies, innovations and sustainable finance in sustainable development is analyzed.
