Annotatsiya

The article examines the causes of insolvency of agribusiness entities and analyzesthe results of their financial recovery in Uzbekistan for the period 2020-2025. It was establishedthat the main reasons for insolvency are the misuse of financial resources, the growth of debtburden, a decrease in profitability, the deterioration of the material and technical base,unfavorable natural and climatic conditions, as well as social and personnel problems.Based on statistical data, it was revealed that during the period under review, the number ofinsolvent enterprises decreased from 148 to 98 (33.7%), the number of rehabilitated enterprisesincreased from 52 to 85 (63.4%), and the number of those who restored their solvency more thandoubled. This testifies to the effectiveness of the ongoing reforms and state support measures forthe agricultural sector.The work emphasizes that the financial recovery and improvement of the agribusinessfinancing system are interconnected processes that contribute to the sustainable development ofagriculture, increasing employment, and reducing poverty. Special attention was paid to the roleof state programs, the development of financing mechanisms, the creation of specialized funds,and the improvement of legal and institutional mechanisms for rehabilitation.The research results confirm that the comprehensive application of financial recovery toolsand the improvement of the agricultural lending system allows for strengthening the financialstability of enterprises, increasing their competitiveness, and ensuring long-term economic growthin rural areas.
