This article highlights the importance of digital technologies in the banking andfinancial sector, which is considered the backbone of today’s economy, and their role inexpanding banking services in the commercial banks of our republic. In addition, it discusses the legislative foundations in this area, the theoretical views of researchers, as well as the practicalprocesses of introducing and expanding digital technologies.
