This article highlights the importance of digital technologies in the bankingand financial sector, which is considered the backbone of today’s economy, and their role inexpanding banking services in the commercial banks of our republic. In addition, it discusses thelegislative foundations in this area, the theoretical views of researchers, as well as the practicalprocesses of introducing and expanding digital technologies.
