This article examines the effective management of innovation risks in textileenterprises and the improvement of regional “green” economy development mechanisms. Itanalyzes technological, financial, environmental, and organizational risks arising in innovationactivities and their impact on production efficiency and sustainable development. The articlealso proposes measures for introducing eco-friendly technologies, waste recycling, andincreasing energy efficiency within the framework of the green economy.
