Annotatsiya

The article discusses the optimisation of business processes at machine-buildingenterprises in the Nizhny Novgorod region, with a particular focus on the experience andpractices of GAZ Group. Modern methods and tools for improving enterprise efficiency areanalysed, including the introduction of lean manufacturing, digital transformation and supplychain optimisation. Recommendations of scientific and theoretical significance for the furtherdevelopment of the company are also formulated.
